Honesty

Bounded QCDE-1 signed documents support create, read, generation checks, update, and deactivate; specification vectors are exercised in tree.
CscpMailbox services bind into the private CSCP mailbox. Deactivated documents publish no services; relay-only disclosure rejects Direct before storage.
Direct-permitted locators can be selected as Direct. TLS WSS and HTTP/2 capsule profiles remain transition bearers, not Native Independent or MASQUE.
It is not did:q42 (Q42 Resource Coordinate) and not Human-Centered AI.
Not a claim that CSCP-08 or CSCP-12 is done. A locator is a handle — never the human (NaturalAgent).
