Network cells

Networking runs in one or more Network Cells — supervised loops, admission ledger, memory pool. Ordinary cell ceiling is 512 MiB. The 42 MiB Sentinel pass stays a separate Webizen contract.

Honesty

Current code does not yet establish one arena per cell or enforce every declared limit. A cell is an ownership boundary, not automatic filesystem or payment authority. Handle revoke must not wipe a volume.
